B uilt in the late 1960's and early 1970's this monsterous launch vehicle was meant to take cosmonauts to the Moon. Rivaling only the Saturn V, the N-1 used it's 30 main engines to launch test flights four times between 1968 and 1974. None of the launches made it to orbit. Information about the program only started coming out of the Soviet Union in 1989. Our kit stands 29" tall and depicts the 1968 configuration.Model stands approx. 30 inches tall.
