RealSpace Models are engineered to be as builder-friendly as possible. But some kits are more complicated than others and may require more advanced modeling skills. The following guide is meant to give modelers an idea of the difficulty involved in each kit. For helpful tips on working with resin kits see our Tips and Techniques section.
are the most basic type of kit. All that is required is Glue and Paint. No Photoetch or metal parts.
are still pretty basic kits, but will involve a small amount of photoetched parts.
are more complicated kits with a moderate amount of photoetch or metal parts. Some experience with resin kits is helpful at this level.
include a larger amount of vacuform, photoetch and metal parts will require some higher modeling skills.
recommended for advanced modelers with experience building resin and mulitmedia kits. Part counts are high and photoetch may be more complicated.
